FIRST, CHECK INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY HERE!
Lollies Lactation is currently in-network with BCBS, United Healthcare and Cigna through The Lactation Network. Lollies Lactation is in-network with Aetna and will file for you, but sometimes a co-pay or balance is required after filing the claim. Our billing specialist will reach out to you if you have a balance due. Some insurances will cover lactation consultations in full. You can check to see if your insurance is eligible using the form on the Lactation Network’s website.
If you are wanting to be seen within 2 business days, please select 'urgent/emergent' when submitting your request.
If your insurance covers your visit - your in-office visit is free to you. If you choose to do a home visit - a $50 travel fee is still required.
Lollies Lactation strongly believes that everyone should have access to quality lactation support. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we reserve a set number of appointments per month at a reduced rate. Inquire within if you could use some assistance.
IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS
Initial Lactation Consultation
Includes thorough history, assessment (mom and infant), feeding observation, weighted feed and goal setting. A feeding plan, suggestions and recommendations will also be made during the visit.

Follow Up Lactation Visit
Follow-up visit will include the same components of initial visit, just in a shorter time frame. We will discuss what has changed since I last visited, progress or limitations, and tweak the original plan as needed to help make you successful.

IN-HOME VISITS
In-home visits are not instantly bookable and require a $50 travel fee that is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
